those of you HAers out there love to fight in HA no? are you tired of fighting the same old teams everyday because its a random thing? want a real challenge?

think back to old ascalon arena remember how it allowed only lvl 1 - lvl 10 to fight?

what if we had something like that in HA but with ranks

rank 0-4 seperated districts/servers only certain ranked players can fight against other 0-4 ranked players.

4-7 etc etc.

itll be more user friendly everyone can participate without problems finding a group.(before you say anything about running a monk because they are high demand...just hush...maybe we dont want to run one)noobs could fight noobs
pros can fight pros and it allows everyone to move up in rank and learn the basic strategies of HA and how to work as a team.

simply say you cant get in a group because your at 179 fame...and they want r3...your pretty much screwed...especially if you dont want to run gimmick builds.

down with rank descrimination. PVP is meant to be played regardless of rank!!!

I dont think it would catch on tbh... There just are not enough people playing the game to do something like that. Codex was a bust, never really caught on and A-net dosnt want to waste time on this game to much more when they are working on GW2. So sorry but /unsigned

Or you are to damn lazy to find some same ranked people or maybe some ranked people to do lots of HA get better and get ranked. Like join a guild. Get a glad rank and use that.

They whole idea would only fit for Ascalon arena and not for PvP

screw you dude im not called a noob its just too damn difficult to start a group that knows wtf they are doing, randomway sucks and half you you assholes with high ranks think just because your a low rank you suck. im tired of that shit. im at 111 fame. so screw you dude

Dude calm down. I'm not a high rank either. But a r13 challenged me to a scrim. Ranger vs ranger. I actually won. it was enough proof for me, that I do have some skills after 4.5 years, despite having a low HA rank.

BUT

On the other hand. I'm getting dam sick of all the scrubs in HA that wanna join a r4/5/6/7 team. BECAUSE most of them do not have the req skills. And it will get anoying. there r plenty of decent Ha'ers out there, so why take the noobs, and get wtfpwnd.

YES A LOW RANK HERE DEFENDING THE HIGH RANKS.

Btw, Start an own guild, run rtl/iway/sfway and other gimmicks.. whatever. Make sure you play alot of HA the upcoming weekend. It get's easyer with every rank you get.

My tip is to start in easyer formats like RA/CM/AB. Just to get decent skills. Oh and you could also just create own r4/5 teams, but never show ur title. shht!

Why not make a tier where ranks 0-4 can only play and a second tier where all can join. That way new people can get the training and some fame/rank while learning basic strategies and gameplay.... Or HA can grow old and extinct like TA.
I fail to see why most of you shoot down good ideas because they help "noobs". Maybe try adding ideas of how things CAN work instead of always knocking peoples ideas down...

Seriously ranking up in HA is not hard to do even now with a dead game. I got an account to r6 in 4 months this past month and didn't know anyone when I started. I just went in with a good attitude (no complaining), willing to run anything (even randomway, all the randomways I could join), read wiki on HA tactics, vent, uax (fully unlocked skills), patience, and the willing to do anything that was asked of me. That is not a lot to ask for if you are serious about getting rank, and if you do those things chances are you will eventually run with a guild that is higher ranked than you because they like you or people that ask you to go when you get on all the time.

The only problem I have with people who complain "ohh rank discrimination blah blah blah" you really don't have to join other peoples group nor is it the only way to get fame, instead form your own groups. The only problem with that is obviously you wont do well with other 0-3 rank'ed players which is the reason 90% of all ha grps are based on rank, even though a r10 can play as bad as a r0 (some) but people just assume a r10 is going to play better than a r0. -also last sidenote: everyone who is r9/10/11+ has been in your situation, we know the fame sucks but just keep getting at it and find other players who you enjoy playing with and do good.

ha is already dead from super long waiting time between games, by seperating of whats left would really kill HA

srsly i could get a team together who are high ranked and go on alternate accounts and dominate r3-4 ha if it was made, free zkeys wooo

also final note, dont compare pve to pvp, max rank pve can be acquired in a mere of few days, pvp is not, u have to work for it [unless ur good syncing]

The rank 0-4 will still have most people looking for r3+. 4-7 will still have people focusing on r7. If you want to get into PvP you need to find a guild that will take someone without rank or get a bunch of friends who don't care.

when i was unranked i randomwayed with a guy and ended up in his guild just by not sucking.
